Therapeutic Specialization

KRL provides CRAs and other clinical research professionals with a wide-array of therapeutic expertise and research process knowledge. From Phase I and first-time-in-human, to pivotal Phase II and III, to Phase IV and post-marketing programs, KRL has the right talent to staff virtually any program or protocol.
Any good business should also anticipate the needs of its clients. In the world of clinical development, this is both straight-forward, but challenging. Given the availability of information pertaining to drugs and devices in development, there is no mystery to projecting the therapeutic area expertise of CRAs needed to monitor the growing number of new protocols.
With this in mind, KRL continuously seeks and qualifies CRAs with demonstrable on-site monitoring experience in the following therapeutic areas:

  • Oncology (solid and non-solid tumors)
  • CNS/Neurosciences
  • Diseases of the Aging
  • Auto-Immune Diseases
  • Cardiovascular Indications
  • Metabolic Illnesses
  • Pulmonary/Respiratory
  • Pediatric Indications
  • Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Devices
  • Regenerative Medicine Drugs & Devices
  • Reproductive Medicine & Fertility
  • Pain Management
  • Diseases of the Digestive Tract
  • Woman’s Health and HRT

Based on the number of protocols and INDs for these (and other diseases/indications), KRL’s business model provides a means to identify, qualify and retain experienced CRAs (and other research professionals) even without a “new” client request or contract. This is the primary reason why KRL can fill most CRA staffing requests (for 1 to 50 monitors) in less than 21 days.
