Many clients ask KRL to identify one or more CRAs and other clinical research support personnel for specific projects, programs and protocols. For many projects, KRL employs the staff who in-turn, are assigned to our client’s specific projects or protocols. In this model, the CRAs (or other staff) remain employees of KRL and in turn, are deployed to our clients for specific or indefinite periods of time.

KRL manages the ongoing HR, remuneration, taxation, and benefits, while our clients manage the talent. Using this process, clients need not become involved in the talent acquisition, interviewing, on-boarding, and background checking processes. Clients always have the option of interviewing as well or leaving the entire process to KRL.

Timing is always important, and KRL can provide one to 50 experienced CRAs; ready for deployment within 15 days. Because we employ and manage nearly three hundred CRAs at any given point in time, we have the means to draw upon this wealth of talent for your next program or protocol.
